Top Web Development Stacks that you should know to land with a 6 Figure Salary

Web development is one of the top technologies to make a career in. With the world going online and digitalized, the web application is the need of every business these days to reach out to potential users and expand their work. Well, in this article we will talk about some top web development stacks that you must try to get your hands on and can grab a 6 figure salary as a fresher. There are many web development tech stacks out there but below mentioned are a few very powerful and in-demand web development stacks.
Let’s have a look at them,

1) MERN Stack

Programming Hero

MERN stack is one of the most powerful and in-demand web stacks in 2020. MERN is a free and open-source JavaScript software stack for building dynamic web sites and web applications. MERN stack is basically based on JavaScript. A stack that is all about JavaScript from the front and to back end. Huh! Looks exciting right? Using one technology for both the frontend and backend can be fun and has many perks such as low cost, more scalability, and more.

MERN stack basically consists of the following technologies,
M - MongoDB (Database)
E - Express JS (Backend)
R - React JS (Frontend)
N - Node JS (Runtime)

Let’s talk about each in one line each,

1) MongoDB - MongoDB is a NoSQL database where each record is a document consisting of key-value pairs that are similar to JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) objects.

2) Express - Express is a Node.js framework. Rather than writing the code using Node.js and creating loads of Node modules, Express makes it simpler and easier to write the back-end code.

3) React - React is a JavaScript library that is used for building user interfaces. React is used for the development of single-page applications because of its ability to handle rapidly changing data.

4) Node - Node.js provides a JavaScript Environment which allows the user to run their code on the server-side.

Well, in my opinion, MERN is one of the best choices in 2020, and if you are thinking to get started with full-stack development in 2020.

2) MEAN Stack

Well, before MERN, MEAN Stack was one of the most powerful and in-demand full-stack technologies. MEAN is just like MERN, a full-stack JavaScript software stack that is fully implemented in JavaScript from front end to back end. The only difference is, for the front end, instead of React, here Angular is used. It depends on your requirement on what suits you better for your application, React or Angular.

MEAN stack basically consists of the following technologies,
M - MongoDB (Database)
E - Express JS (Backend)
A - Angular (Frontend)
N - Node JS (Runtime)

Let’s talk about Angular in one line each,

Angular - AngularJS is a JavaScript-based open-source front-end web framework mainly maintained by Google and by a community of individuals and corporations to address many of the challenges encountered in developing single-page applications.

3) LAMP Stack

LAMP stack is one of the most used and old school web stacks known. The LAMP stack is the foundation for Linux hosted websites is the Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP (LAMP) software stack. This is a Linux based web server consisting of four software components arranged in layers supporting one another, making up the software stack.
LAMP stack basically consists of the following technologies,

L - Linux
A - Apache
M - MySQL
P - PHP

Let’s talk about each in one line each,

1) Linux - Linux operating system (OS) makes up our first layer. Linux sets the foundation for the stack model. All other layers run on top of this layer.

2) Apache - The Apache HTTP Server, colloquially called Apache, is a free and open-source cross-platform web server software.

3) MySQL - MySQL is an open-source relational database management system. MySQL stores details that can be queried by scripting to construct a website.

4) PHP - PHP is a general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited to web development. The scripting layer consists of PHP and/or other similar web programming languages

Well, PHP has been the king of the web for a long time. So there is no second thought why LAMP shouldn’t be your choice.

4) Python + Django

Programming Hero

Python is one of the fastest-growing technologies in the future. Python is highly in-demand and really powerful. Django is a Python-based free and open-source web framework that follows the model-view-controller architectural pattern. This web stack mainly consists of Python-based Django development, while the front and can be React or Vue or any other technology you wish to use and database can be MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Django is one of the most futuristic and encourages rapid development and clean, pragmatic design. It surely is one of the in-demand and must learn technology stack. Know and master any of these stacks and ensure a bright future and surely a big 6 figure salary.
